This week the Hy5 team are providing a pre tenancy cleaning service to a well known letting agent in the area.
After the last tenant was in the property for over 20 years, the property required a face lift, so the decorators have been in and as the new tenants are lined up ready and waiting to get the keys to their new house. We have been called in to provide a pre tenancy clean so the property is immaculate from top to bottom, including carpets, ovens and all fixtures and fittings.
